The DSS have barricaded the National Assembly Complex to prevent the members of the Senates entrance into the Assembly Complex. It was alleged that those who were not allowed into the complex are Senators from People Democratic Party and those who just defected from the All Progressives Congress.

A Senator from Bayelsa State Senator Ben Bruce to the Channel TV that the DSS only allowed the Senators of the ruling All Progressives Congress into the Complex through another entrance. He also alleged that the reason why PDP did not allow into complex is to make way for APC Senators to impeach the Senate President and the Deputy.
